Slovak television
In November 2003, Slovak television decided to present a new beginning, together with a new attitude to internet communication. Our project surprised a lot of skeptics and won the competition, we created a portal, which was launched on January 1st 2004.
Part of the design for the new STV web page is also an editing system, which enables distribution of administration of individual web parts to an unlimited number of delegated users, system for automatic communication between television program and external applications, and a system for administering of surveys.
Beside the complex solution of implementation, there were also questions about administration of the page, about improving existing, and creating new units of this continuously growing project. Particular pages for individual broadcasts, development of interactive elements and creating banner campaigns were also put in our hands.
Portal solutions
How to define a successful portal? Is the ultimate criteria the amount of money put into the creation and maintenance, the amount of information it provides, or its technical and structural execution? We believe it is satisfied and coming back users and that’s where we are building it from.
We have experience with large-scale web applications including electronic shops, applications based on content management systems, advertisement portals, and large internal and inter company systems. All of them have one thing in common, the ambition to increase the number of satisfied users.
