License requirements for using ChillOut Publisher system

• Fat Chilli s.r.o. is the owner of exclusive and unlimited licenses for using and distributing this product –ChillOut Publisher system (further on just ChillOut Publisher). Fat Chilli, s.r.o. gives approval for usage of contracted product, through a license contract /contract involves only license/ and also determines conditions of its usage.
• Fat Chilli s.r.o., grants clients limited, not exclusive and nontradeable rights of access to and the rights to use ChillOut Publisher in compliance with concrete limits, mentioned in the contract and license terms.
• Client is bound:
• will not provide or assign rights to ChillOut Publisher, or its part to any corporation or person.
• will not create copies of ChillOut Publisher.
• will not spread original or copies of ChillOut Publisher.
• will not rent or lend original or copies of ChillOut Publisher.
• will not by any means change or edit source codes, which are part of ChillOut Publisher.
• will not grant access to source codes of ChillOut Publisher to a third party.
• will not create derivations of ChillOut Publisher.
• will not construct ChillOut Publisher backward, take apart or reduces ChillOut Publisher to any understandable form.
• FatChilli, s.r.o. does not grant any other license or rights, not even if a barrier or an implication occurs. They grant only license and rights given and arranged in the License contract and conditions.
• Client supplies its information to Fat Chilii s.r.o. This means a logical and physical organization and structure of information and files, related to the client’s web pages. Fat Chilli s.r.o. is bound not to use client’s information for any other purpose, but archive and back-up of this information, or any other commitments stated in License contract.
