Since the founding of our firm, we have been interested in the on line real estate markets. The first test of this ambition was a portal concerned with presentations of real estate through a virtual reality. Slovakia has not yet reached the age of standard contracts about the exclusive rights of selling and renting estates. That is where the resistance of real estate agencies to offer better than standard contracts comes from. But our experience with building an advertisement system moved us a big step forward.
The project submitted to publisher Petit Press, a.s., the owner of the domain reality.SME.sk, included not only professionally processed graphic image of the future portal, but also a complete structure of offered services, their execution, cost and a proposal for collaboration. Results were visible within less than four months after its launch. The portal entered minds of internet users and statistics show it to be the strongest rival to the long time leader on this market, Slovak Association of Estate Agencies web page.
We are honored and proud, that our work on the creation of real estate portals projects, moved the way of thinking a few steps further, beyond the horizon of their previous concepts, and we are glad to find out that many graphic and system elements that were rare before 2004, have become an inseparable part of successful real estate portals, thanks to their success in our presentation.
Design, service, navigation and system security of advertisement actualization is valued by more than 20,000 visitors a week. It is recognized by more than 300 registered real estate agencies, more than 100 companies that are not in real estate business, thousands of private advertisers and more than 10 real estate agencies which are using Reality.SME.sk for administering advertisements on their own real estate web pages.
