A totally different type of portal, an online solution developed for this client, whose field of work is insurance.
This is probably our broadest application; a publicly inaccessible portal, accessible only to registered visitors for purely work intended purposes.
Functions of this gigantic system were developed mostly for the electronic signing of insurance contracts through the internet, their processing and sending for ratification to insurance companies. The project developed much further, after a long-term collaboration. Administration of registered sales personnel, processing contracts, filing contracts, checking contracts and electronic export right to the insurance company, planning of payments and commissions, import and checking of statements, generating of pay checks for insurance agents and also a huge number of statistic and prognostic information processed into online generated tables and graphs. This is just a small part of a continuously developing and improving system, which could lead the way for progress in the insurance market one day.
This absolutely nonstandard project, made especially for internal and inter company communication, is a great example of the dynamic, creative abilities and dependability of the Fat&Chilli development team.
Portal solutions
How to define a successful portal? Is the ultimate criteria the amount of money put into the creation and maintenance, the amount of information it provides, or its technical and structural execution? We believe it is satisfied and coming back users and that’s where we are building it from.
